"Popeye's" Biscuits

These biscuits really do taste like the ones you get at Popeye's! 2 cups Bisquick 2 Tbs sour cream 1/2 cup club soda 1 tsp sugar Mix ingredients together well until smooth. Dust hands with Bisquick, knead dough until elastic. Shape into 4 patties, each 1" think, placing close together in greased baking pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and doubled in size. Cool in pan on rack 10 minutes. Serve hot with butter and honey.
